A room for one or two people, a 25-minute walk from downtown

We offer a guest room in our home in Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico. The room includes a double bed and a private bathroom.

The accommodation has its own private entrance from the courtyard of the house, giving you complete freedom to move around and enjoy the terrace.

The room costs 450 pesos per night for one guest and 600 pesos for two guests.

Our house is located on a very quiet private street where it is possible to park your vehicle safely for 100 pesos extra per night. The private street is closed by a gate and has security cameras.

Location of our accommodation in Oaxaca de Juárez

The accommodation is around 25 minutes walk from the center of Oaxaca, known as the Zócalo, in the residential area of Xochimilco. To reach Oaxaca downtown, simply take Alcalá Street, the most beautiful street in the city, which is very touristy and authentic. It is also possible to reach the city center of Oaxaca de Juárez via Los Arquitos Street which will take you to the Xochimilco district and the route of the old aqueduct.

Xochimilco is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Oaxaca, behind the historical center and the Jalatlaco district. It is the place of accommodation for many tourists or more permanent residents who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the center and be in a typical and charming neighborhood.

Near your rental you will find numerous restaurants including Chepiche, El Ancestral, AM, Rupestre, etc., two laundromats, and convenience stores selling everyday essentials ( Pitico, Oxxo)...

We are also 15 minutes away by foot from the ADO first-class bus station by which most tourists arrive in Oaxaca.

Depending on the time you have available during your stay in Oaxaca de Juárez, we will advise you about the most important archaeological sites to visit, craft villages, the different markets, and the different means of transport to use.
